Most of our clients set their own benchmarks of service delivery and each is unique depending on a whole host of factors. We know that the folks we report to want a claim adjusted and closed without any unnecessary delays. With that in mind, our basic benchmarks of service are immediate acknowledgement and attempted contacts to begin the assignment, field work initiated promptly with the goal of completing within 72 hours, first reports due within 7 days of assignment or sooner depending on the severity and complexity of the loss, status reports every 14 or 30 days thereafter depending on the severity and complexity of the loss, and rapid reserve recommendations as required by our clients. Please let us know your requirements, and we will incorporate those parameters into our claims management system to easily comply with all your future assignment needs.
